Greetings from the hills deep into South Asia.
Thank you for your prayers for us.
Here are some requests for prayer in the next couple of weeks:

• We praise God for the time we had here with the team in this part of the world as well as the opportunity to strengthen SIM's relationships with some key church partners. 

• We are very grateful for safe travel on some incredibly windy and hilly roads. We do have one more 7 hour very winding journey tomorrow.. Please pray for safety and no car sickness. We then have a series of flights starting Tuesday. Please pray that they are on time, without weather or other disruptions and uneventful so that we can make our connections and get home on Wednesday as planned.  

• It has been great opportunity on this trip to connect with the couple we are mentoring. Please pray for wisdom as we seek to continue to serve them well.

• In the coming days Phil will be focusing his attention on preparing for the in-person gathering of the International Leadership Team during the first days of November. Please pray that time together will be very encouraging and refreshing.

• Andrea has been able to keep up with some work as we travelled. Please pray that she can get caught up in good time once we return. 

• Praise God that Andrea's Dad continues to do well. The report from the surgeon has been very positive with indications being that all cancerous tissue was removed.
