[CONGRESS UPDATE 1 of 4]

When you ask someone who participated in the Fourth Lausanne Congress about their experience they inevitably look to the sky, take a deep breath and exclaim, "It was amazing!"

WBC Friends, as you watch the video above, every face represents someone that your partnership enabled to partcipate in this signficant global event.

It was our pleasure to:
Welcome 5,000 participants from 200+ countries to Korea
Lead a team of 200+ volunteers.
Guide and facilitate all the creative, digital, marketing, commuications and IT touchpoints participants experienced.

God answered your prayers.
That our kids would be safe and thrive. They did 'excellent' under the supervision of family friends for 15 days.
 For our physical strength and energy. This project was the most intensive of our lives. We are still recovering, but God gave strength.
For logistical arrangements for the participants. No one slept on the floor and we exceeded our participation goal.
For the Congress Virtual Experience (VX). Russ' team served 1000+ leaders from 100+ countries in participanting remotely in the Congress. Most were deeply appreciative of the opportunity to join in the global collaboration and make new connections remotely.
This was a significant display of the global Church declaring and displaying Christ together as Christian leaders from every sphere of society and every corner of the planent gathered to interact on this generation's most pressing mission issues.
