Thank you for your prayers for our time here in Asia. As we have heard several times, every important conversation in Asia involves food (hence the picture)! 

Here are some items for prayer over the coming week or so:

• Praise for great connections and good conversations with various SIM colleagues in Japan as we seek greater clarity for our workers in Japan.

• We are grateful for time at the East Asia leaders regional meeting in Asia where we met with leaders from 10 different Asian countries as we discussed current ministry and future changes. Phil would appreciate prayers for wisdom as he leads this important change process.

• We are grateful that Andrea’s dad has had his first round of immunotherapy and has had no immediate side effects.

• Pray that we will have good connections with our our team here in Singapore that provides leadership and services to a variety of countries in Asia. We will be here for about a week.

• Pray for the team in Niger as they celebrate 100 years of ministry in Niger. Unfortunately our visas were not ready and so our passports were returned without visas so we will not be able to attend. There are a number of others that are also without visas. Pray that the planning team for the Niger centenary event can adjust and that God honouring celebrations can be held even with fewer people present. 

• We are grateful for uneventful travel and good sleep. Please pray that this would continue. We hope to be back home on Dec 5.
