Thank you for your prayers for the International Leadership Team retreat in Panama. It was a great time together. When Phil got home he finally hung up his father's day present in his office (see above.)

Today we are heading to Japan at the start of a month long trip to Asia and hopefully Niger, West Africa. Here are some items for prayer over the coming week or so:

• Praise that Phil had a great time together in Panama with the International Leadership Team.

• We are grateful that Andrea’s dad had a very positive report from the oncologist. As a precaution he is starting a course of immunotherapy starting tomorrow, November 14. Pray that he will not have too many side effects.

• Pray that we will have good connections with our leaders and other colleagues in Japan.

• Phil would appreciate prayers for wisdom and clarity as he leads several sessions at the East Asia leaders regional meeting in Malaysia.

• Pray too that we will have opportunities to get to know our leaders from this region better. 

• We are to go to Niger on Dec 1 after Asia but we still don't have our visas. Please pray that our Niger visas would be issued in time.

• We value your prayers for safe and uneventful travel.

• Thanks for praying for the Shroyer family. Your continued prayers for the family and their sending church are very much appreciated.
