Russ & Meredith Martin - Singapore

April Update

We have fresh visas and share ministry highlights from God at work in six countries.

Dear WBC Friends,

Please take a minute to praise God with us. We have a fresh 2-year renewal on our work visa for Singapore and are eager to continue to serve from a base in the Asia Pacific region.

Because of your partnership, our Indigitous network continues to grow. In the last weeks, from Japan to Mozambique, followers of Jesus have gathered to collaborate, learn, and dream big as we continue foster collaboration across organizations, networks and churches.

Here are some highlights:

Japan: Christians in tech met in Kichijoji to share stories and encouragement with one another.

South Asia: The #HACKtivate event reignited projects and leaders joined multiple conferences to champion media in missions. We continue to be encouraged by the strong local leaders trusting God for big things in a hard to reach place. An innovatie social media outreach campaign for Easter is in place.

South Korea: An online vision casting event stirred excitement and creativity for the next global hackathon.

Mozambique: From AI app-building webinars to digital entrepreneurship talks, local leaders equipped believers across various cities.

Canada: Volunteers from our network exhibited at the Toronto Mission Conference helping show how followers of Jesus can engage in non-traditional missions.

USA: A mini-hackathon at Tapestry LA Church sparked ideas to meet real-world needs through faith and tech. A large group from the Indigitous network engaged at the Missional AI (artificial intelligence) conference in Dallas. This is an important domain our network is seeking to lead out in.

We feel privileged to steward these opportunities as we guide our global network. Without your prayer and financial support, none of this would be possible.
