Quench Skating
The Zone Training (483 Conestogo Road #2, Waterloo - indoor rink)
8:30-10:30 p.m.
Cost: $15 (bring cash night of or e-transfer to quenchyouthgroup@gmail.com - include "skating" in the note)
Details: All skaters must wear a helmet in order to use the facility - please bring one with!
Young Adults - Worship & Games
YOUNG ADULTS: Saturday, January 18 at 7:00pm. Meet at WBC for an evening of fun and games and worshipping together! You will also have the opportunity to help support the individuals going to Honduras in February.
Sunday Worship Gathering
Join us Sunday Morning at 9AM or 11AM for our Sunday Morning Worship Gathering. There will be a time of worship, announcements, teaching, kids programing and coffee and fellowship in between the services.

Bread of Life Club for Women
4 weeks of hands-on breadmaking paired with Scripture teaching and community building. Led by Lynne Martin and Joy Frey. Saturdays at 10:00am at WBC - February 1, 8, 15, 22. The cost is $25 - payable at the first class. Register by January 15.

Men's Retreat
“MENt to Serve” Men’s Retreat at WBC! Speaker: Dale Ward
Friday evening and Saturday morning.
Doors open Friday, 6:45pm and Saturday, 8:30am Saturday.
Cost is $40/person (Friday only: $15, Saturday only $25).

Women's Café Night at WBC: Drop in anytime for a casual evening of worship, connection, laughter, and sharing stories of God at work in the lives of the women of WBC. (No Registration required.)
School of Discipleship - Defending the Faith
(January 14 - March 4). Apologetics is the science of giving a defense of the Christian faith. While at first glance you may think this is reserved for pastors and theologians, every Christian should be able to explain why they believe what they believe. Apologist Kirk Durston has been studying 'deconversion' for five years and specifically why young adults are abandoning the faith. He has created this teaching to preempt this. (Please register by January 5.)
Women’s Bible Study (Tuesday mornings)
It all began with the Word. The opening chapters of Genesis teach us fundamental truths about God. We watch Him bring light after darkness, order after chaos, and rest after toil—all through the power of His Word.

Quench (Gr 9-12) Overnight Event
Overnight Event Details: Bring a sleeping bag and pillow, any of your go-to board games, and your favourite snack to share. Girls will be sleeping in the basement, and guys on one of the upper floors.
Christmas Caroling
Ladies are invited for an evening of Christmas Caroling. Gather at the church and then carpool to Elmira to spread Christmas cheer to various homes. Return to the church for hot drinks and treats.
