PRAISE/PRAY: We continue to praise God for his hand a blessing on the Persian, Ethiopian and Eritrean church communities. They are evangelizing, discipling and planting churches. Of course they are also experiencing resistance and opposition. The new people who are coming to these churches have land complicated lives. The leaders desperately need wisdom every day to know how to help and counsel all of these newcomers. Pray for them. I plan to be in Ottawa for Jan 12-13 and in Calgary for the weekend of the Jan 26-27. They will be a lot of meetings on those two weekends and lots of speaking. So, pray for me that I will be led by the Spirit and will have safety throughout those travels.
