Update on Heath's health
WBC friends,
We wrote. You prayed. God has been answering.

Five weeks of skin flares issues covering Heath's whole body, including his scalp. We needed to understand the root cause of a new rash, have perseverance in treatment and see Heath have some deep sleep.

Your emails were timely, showing how God was answering prayers in specific ways. The outpouring of replies and prayers encouraged me through the tough week.
> God has been answering.
We couldn't catch a break - but now his skin is healing!
After a visit to our skilled pediatric allergist, we had direction on the probable irritant source (we drastically cut his immunotherapy dosage) and gained some needed skin care pointers. It was also affirming when the doctor said his case feels tough because, "I can count on one hand my patients who have a backward immune system like Heath."
A simple 'team sticker' chart has worked wonders to help Heath be a team player. He's sleeping all night or sleeping in to catch up on rest. His face isn't puffy and he's comfortable doing everyday activities.
Thanks for journeying along and bringing Heath before our Father. So much has changed in one week.
