Ron and his wife Win have been involved in ministry for over 25 years. They served in ministry for 10 years in the Middle East and in church planting in Canada before coming to WBC in 2006. Their passion is to see WBC filled with seekers and new believers in Christ as well as help everyone become more deeply grounded in the Word of God. Ron & Win are also passionate about snowboarding & would love to see a snow covered mountain in the cornfield beside Wallenstein!

Wayne became an elder at Wallenstein Bible Chapel in 1996, which has prepared him well for his spring of 2014 staff role at WBC. Wayne, his wife Peg live in St. Jacobs and are proud of their 3 children, Mark, Adam and Carmen. Wayne is a true blue Maple Leafs fan and enjoys travel, fishing and good Christian rock music. Wayne’s desire for the Christians at WBC is for all of us to love the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind and strength (Mark 12:30). He desires to help people live out this desire and know true fulfillment in their relationship with the LORD through opportunities to Exalt Him, be Equipped for Service and Engaged in their communities.

Rhoda grew up at Wallenstein and is thrilled to serve the church family and community as Administrative Assistant. She is grateful for the 12 years she spent working at the Canadian head office of International Teams and more recently at Benton Street Baptist Church in Kitchener. She is often reminded of God's faithfulness to her in Psalm 32:8 "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you." (NIV)

Retired in 2000 after 30 years as an electrical engineer/manager with Ontario Hydro. Paul became
the WBC Administrator (part-time) in 2006. Paul's desire is to use his administrative gift to contribute to WBC's effectiveness as a local church. Paul & Evelyn enjoy almost daily games of Scrabble over lunchtime. Life verse Ps 27:1

Denise graduated from Conestoga College in 1999 with a diploma in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys working with children as an employee at St. Jacobs Daycare, as a volunteer role with Family and Children's Services, and as a Sunday school teacher at WBC. In her spare time Denise likes to sew, kayak and play games.
